The deliverable
The Household Blueprint
You won't leave with a memory of a good conversation. You'll leave with your own week on paper - the three rules you're keeping, who owns what, and the hours that belong to the adults.
Written down, because a rule that lives in one parent's head is a rule the other parent breaks in good faith by Thursday.
Scope
What's never included
Medical, psychological or nutritional advice. Assessment of your child. Any plan concerning your child's eating volume, weight or portions. If your situation needs one of those, I'll say so in my first reply and point you to the right professional - that costs you nothing.
Common questions
Why isn't the pricing listed?
Because the right engagement depends on what you describe. Some households need one session and a written plan; some need the full twelve weeks; some need a licensed professional and not me at all. I'd rather tell you which by email than have you pick from a menu.
Do both parents have to attend?
Not required, strongly recommended for the opening session. Most of the durable gains come from two adults agreeing on the same small set of rules - which is difficult to achieve by proxy.
Do you work with single parents?
Yes, and the work is often faster: one adult, one set of rules, no alignment problem. The constraint is different - protecting adult time when there's no second adult - and we design for that specifically.
What if we start and you think we need someone else?
I'll tell you, and I'll refund the unused portion. Sending you to the right person is part of the service, not a failure of it.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Coaching isn't a licensed clinical service and isn't reimbursable. If you need a service that is, you need a licensed clinician - see the comparison.
English or French?
Either, and mixed households often use both. If one parent is a native French speaker, sessions in French usually go faster.
